Villa Erta

Villa Erta is a large and generous farmhouse 18 km from Florence. It is situated in the heart of a 140-hectare family owned farm which produces highly regarded wines, olive oil and a range of sheep milk cheeses. The house lies quietly on a gentle slope overlooking a beautiful valley.
In some distance a pool can be shared with the guests of a neighboring farmhouse.

Villa Erta is very tastefully and comfortably furnished, the rooms are generously large and light; the many windows offer beautiful views over pastures, grazing sheep, woods, vineyards and olive groves, towards the distant villages and villas on the neighbouring hills.

The ground level has a small entrance hall, attached is a large farmhouse kitchen with a big marble dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and includes freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a huge open fireplace. There are two living rooms, one with a double sofa bed, and the other with open fireplace and access to walled terrace with beautiful vistas. There are two double bedrooms and two big bathrooms fitted to modern standards. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and three living/study rooms, two with working tables and with double sofa bed, and one with open fireplace. Also upstairs there are two large separate bathrooms. Preferred occupancy 8 people, sleeps up to 14.
